Restless legs

Only 6 weeks to go! Cannot wait to meet our baby girl. The days now seem to be blurring into each other while we wait for our new arrival. I'm trying to get as much done around the house as possible and keep finding myself just moving little things around in her room 💖

Sleep is eluding me 😣 If anyone has ever suffered from restless leg syndrome, I really feel for you. So, restless leg syndrome is where you need to constantly move your legs. It can also cause an unpleasant crawling or creeping sensation in the feet, calves and thighs. The sensation is often worse in the evening or at night. Occasionally, the arms are affected too.

I get it when I'm trying to drift off and it's really difficult to explain the feeling. It's not a pain but is so irritating and uncomfy :(

There's not much that eases it and I've nearly been brought to tears some nights out of frustration.

I think my biggest tip would be to make sure you have a walk or do some exercise in the day and taking a nice bath in the evening which can help prevent it.

If you are suffering from it, remember it won't last forever 💖
